1528 New headquarters of the provincial offices of the AVS Alpine Association of South Tyrol

Objective: Approx. 1,000 square meters of empty and unused “warehousing” are to be converted into offices.
The sponsors of this prize were swayed over by the clear and spacious concept. The blueprints call for supplying all of the office rooms with daylight and natural ventilation. Consequently, the central area features a spacious inside courtyard. The different functional areas are clearly separated and ordered (public area – lobby / entrance area – administrative area).
