0264 the dahoam chalet

A new building characterized by high energy efficiency and a sustainable design was built on the basement story of a building dating back to the 1960s. This new vacation domicile – a magnificent chalet – is situated in a peaceful and sunny location with a view above the village of Schenna, with a panoramic view of Meran. We, as the architectural office, were in charge of the implementation (adherence to building codes and other statutory regulations; in line with urbanistic standards), while the South Tyrolean designer Birgit Dosser was responsible for the selection of materials and colors.
