The urban land-use and implementation planning are the most-important planning tools for guiding and shaping urban development in communities. All processes, work packages, partial tasks, and events together with their corresponding planned deadlines are included in the urban land-use and implementation plan. After the completion of all the usual hearings and approval procedures, this plan represents the legal basis for the implementation of the project.
This plan is a requirement and must be more or less (depending upon the extent of their involvement) familiar to all of the persons participating in the project. Further planning documents – e.g., the time-based expense, spending, financing documents as well as the resource planning documents – are derived from this implementation plan. (source: GPM)
